This oil is produced applying the core philosophy of our brand, Epione, to its strictest extent. The goddess Epione was the mother of all aspects of health in ancient Greek mythology. In honor of her name, the product only contain the highest quality olives, grown, harvested and cold extracted by solely mechanical methods, without the use of any artificially made substance throughout the entire production process, just as it was done during antiquity. This is in order to guarantee the purest possible olive oil with one of the lowest naturally achieved acidity levels on the market.
