Ultra Premium Olive Oil is our own produced olive oil, with a quality level that goes beyond the requirements for organic certification.  It is the perfect oil to drizzle over a salad, on a slice of rustic bread, or to use in your favorite salad dressing recipe, homemade pesto, or other fresh food recipes. In our humble opinion, frying with this oil would be a waste, but naturally, that is up to you. Regardless of the application, the product will excel in the best possible way. 

This oil is produced according to the strictest interpretation of our brand's core philosophy. In ancient Greek mythology, the goddess Epione was the mother of all aspects of health. Out of respect for what she represented, the product contains only the highest quality olives, grown, harvested, and cold-pressed using solely mechanical methods, without the use of any artificial substances throughout the entire production process, just as it was done in antiquity.  This guarantees an olive oil as pure as possible, with one of the lowest naturally achieved acidity levels on the market. 

The secrets behind the production of this high-quality olive oil have been refined over five generations in the Achaia region of the Peloponnese. However, the most important ingredients for success are no secret. Simply put, they are hard work combined with an endless amount of love and passion.
